What’s your return policy?

You have the right to return your order within 10 days, for any reason and without a justification. No questions asked. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For standard returns, we'll refund the product cost (shipping & return shipping fees are non-refundable).

For defective or damaged products, we'll refund both the product cost and shipping fees.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to accidents, misuse, alterations or improper installation.

Returns after 10 days from delivery are not accepted.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is processed, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method immediately.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry if your light arrived damaged or isn’t quite right! Please email us at support@k2cco.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

How do I get a refund if I paid via Cash on Delivery?

We will send you a Razorpay link via SMS. Click the link and provide your bank details for refund process.
